Excellent property with private pool and lots of space, and very x 10 clean. All the staff were polite and super efficient and made sure we were well taken care of. Extremely impressed. Were were scuba diving off Mnemba Island so this location is very near and convenient.

Jambiani Villas is located in Jambiani on three properties 400 m away from each other: Kaskazi, Katikati and Kusini. Villaene var kjempefine og beliggenheten var fantastisk. Betjeningen var imøtekommende og serviceinnstilt. Frokosten var god. Renholdet var veldig bra.

Located in Jambiani, Amka Villa Issa House features a restaurant and direct beach access. The large terrace offers Indian Ocean views and there is free WiFi throughout the property. The location and view of the ocean from our balcony plus also being able to watch and listen to village life. The room was very spacious, clean and good value. Staff were very friendly and service was great. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful with fresh juice, fruits, bread, eggs and coffee. There are a few good restaurants very close by as well such as Peter pan and Yellow Card and a couple of convenience stores for water and snacks.

Rori luxury villa is one of my absolute favourite hotels that i have stayed in. Starting from the location, which is situated right on the beach, to the hospitality of the owners,Riccardo and Romina, is top tier 👌. It's a picturesque villa that has everything you need in it. This is a great place to have a relaxing vacation with friends and/or family. You have the intimacy of an entire house and the benefit of your private pool suitable for 6-8 people, with the confort of the cleaning service and pool mentainance. 3 minutes away you will find a bakery with good breakfast options and some small shops with fruits, vegetables, drinks etc. Kikadini House and Jambiani are a great option to have an authentic Zanzibar experience

Last year we had already stayed in another villa within the same estate, and we saw that beautiful villa very well maintained, and this year we decided to spend the weekend here.
