Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

FranceNo parking available even if stated differently in the offer we were asked to park on the street, bed very difficult to unfold and not comfortable, no water in the sink in the bathroom, warm water available only under shower, no soap available even if stated in the offer, very small bathroom/toilet.

United Kingdom- unpleasant musty smell of the stairwell and the apartment - some sofa cushions and other objects on the landing outside the door -total darkness on the stairwell( used the phone torch to climb up the stairs to a second floor) - curtains too short , feeling exposed as the window facing central courtyard and the flats opposite) .There’s a roller blind , which can be used at night only as it is blocking too much daylight - old sofa bed ( different to the picture on booking . com)missing part of armrest, sharp pieces if metal sticking out of it, very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on - mismatched polyester bedding, pillows damaged from frequent washing( all clean though) - only one towel( discoloured and rough ) provided - no hangers or clothes rack , just coat rack( stored my clothes on a bar chair) - no Wi-Fi, only 3-4 niche tv channels available -very small bathroom, shower flooding all the bathroom and spilling into kitchenette, the toilet seat sliding off the toilet - dirty kettle and crockery, blunt knives - no scissors - matches could be replaced by electric lighter

United KingdomThe only one downside was shower which is not typical shower. The seal at the floor is leaking but this doesn’t make property less attractive and we would stay there again.
The property is located in a central Radom. Very good access to public transport, secure place for a car that is locked over night and close distance to a lot of places you can eat. overall property is equipped with all necessary equipment to cook, fridge and washing machine so that is a big bonus. There’s TV and Netflix so we wasn’t bored in the evening. We liked our stay there.
