The hotel has a lovely "homey" feel to it -- a French translation might be "en famille". Staff, though always very busy, were approachable, friendly and helpful. The food was excellent (do French hotels ever do bad food?) We enjoyed our stay there as much as we did in others that cost 3 times as much.
