Interesting small town on the River Ardeche offering choice of accommodation, restaurants, water sporting activities, good walking and superb scenery. Has its own character. Not to be missed. Worth a detour and a stay.

We could park our motorcycles in an open fronted garage which was great when packing up in the +30 degrees heat. The hotel is right in the town but very quiet at night. The town was small but right on a beautiful river with plenty of place for food and drink. We had a very good evening meal just a little way up from the hotel.
