Six Senses Laamu is a luxury resort surrounded by clear turquoise water and white sandy beaches. Its villas come with a 37-inch flat-screen TV and Bose entertainment system. Rooms offer free WiFi. Excellent hotel for families with children. A large area overgrown with jungle, the villas on the beach where we stayed are located at a great distance from each other, providing privacy. Delicious and varied food, large and well-made common areas of the hotel (restaurants, shops, diving center etc, I would like to separately mention the "ice-cream bar" with a huge selection of their own delicious ice cream) a stunningly beautiful reef for diving and snorkeling. Very attentive friendly and polite staff - I would especially like to highlight and thank our butler Ainur - who made our stay very rich, interesting and carefree.

Overlooking sweeping views of the Indian Ocean, COMO Maalifushi is a luxurious property placed in Maalifushi Island. Guests can enjoy elegantly furnished villas and soothing spa treatments. The staff the cleanliness, the relative remoteness makes it a wonderful and very relaxing experience. Everything about the hotel and island was fantastic.

Facing the beachfront in Thimarafushi, Finimas Residence features a shared lounge and a private beach area. The main advantage is Finimas staff, Ahmed did something special to arrange the best experience being on Thimarafushi island. Fresh fish and lobsters, cooking with captain Vishal, introduction into local life, perfect coffee from Ahmed's friend. The private beach is remote, but we had no problems with its visiting, as hotel provides bikes. It was quite romantic at night

Located in Thimarafushi in the Thaa Atoll region, Stay Mikado features a balcony. Featuring a 24-hour front desk, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. Our vacation started at once we landed in Male. Representatives of Stay Mikado helped us with all the logistics, since we had to stay overnight in a local hotel for an early next morning speedboat trip to Thimarafushi island. When we got to Stay Mikado, Ameen and his staff took very good care of us for the whole duration of our stay. Ameen and his staff are amazing in hospitality and care for every need. The hotel is situated at a local island and we had a nice and clean double room with breakfast, lunch and dinner included. The food was very tasty and we ate with good appetite. The hotel also has a small gym, SPA room, and on the rooftop there is a large terrace if you want to relax and also with a nice view of the island, where you can enjoy the beautiful sunset. Hotel WiFi is good. Across from the hotel there is a leisure area where you can play table tennis, billiards and some other games. There are free bikes for the guests to use. Stay Mikado has a tourist beach just a few minutes away. We visited it a lot and had long baths in the warm water. Everyday from the hotel you can go by boat on different excursions to nearby islands - snorkeling, diving, fishing and surfing. Prices for the trips ar very reasonable too. The hotel owns a private island that is a must see and is really worth a day trip, including bbq and beautiful beaches, stand up paddle boards, glass bottom kayak etc. Ameen and his staff at Stay Mikado will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and relaxed during your stay in Thimarafushi. We had a really nice vacation and would like to recommend this hotel to people who wants to see the real Maldives.
