Good location very quiet. Close to restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was good. Would stay here again.

I had an accident on the highway an hour before I had checked in. When I told the manager he was so very helpful and kind. He allowed me a late check out the next day and then when I had to book another night and wait for my house to drive 14 hours to get me. He again allowed me to have a late checkout. Overall, he and his staff were very kind to me during a very stressful time.

This downtown Pocatello hotel is located just off I-15. It serves a continental breakfast and offers free Wi-Fi access. Suites are decorated in a variety of exciting and romantic themes. The coolest hotel I've ever stayed in! We were in the wild west room and every detail was amazing. We got a breakfast delivery basket which was a nice surprise. The staff were so friednly on arrival and really made the experience.

Keypad code was easy to use. Spotlessly clean upon our arrival in a nice neighborhood. Well-stocked with towels and amenities. Comfy bed with plenty of pillows and blankets. Good heating system. Super clean well-appointed bathroom with good lighting. This was an Airbnb-type accommodation so we made our own breakfasts and one dinner in the most excellent, well-equipped kitchen. Internet connection worked quite well, so no issue there. Easy 20-30 minute walk to Idaho State University.
