Amazing retreat! First of all I would love to thank the owners and staff of Atlantis Gardens for such a great and special place. 1. Location. This beautiful resort is located 20 min drive from Larnaca airport near the Mazotos village at the seashore (1st line). Taxi 🚕 will cost around 💶 34€ for a 6-seater van (if you travel 🧳 with a family or a company). It is rather wild place with no clubs or restaurants around. Which was a great plus for us. 2. Accommodations. Tourist can choose a 1/2 of a villa or the whole villa. 1/2 villa is a 3-bedroom apartment with a big living room with a huge flatscreen TV 📺 , fully equipped kitchen and very big terrace with big table and outdoor furniture. Villas have also private pools. Everything is clean and fresh. 3. Services. Sheets, towels, coffee ☕️, etc. are changed for extra payment, even if you stay for 2 weeks. 4. Infrastructure. Big territory. Many parking 🅿️ lots (don’t know if extra payment 💰 needed). Comfortable swimming 🏊 pool both for adults (1,65-1,70 m at the deepest part) and children. Small children playground 🛝. A little gym. Bar-restaurant with open kitchen 8-19:30. Small private beach 🏖️ with all supplies, and water entertainments. 5. Personnel. Very warm, welcoming, service-oriented and pleasant. We want to come back to this place again and again!!!!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Villa Waves. The house is light and spacious, tastefully decorated and really equipped with everything you need. The bedrooms and bathrooms all are pleasant and the beds are very comfortable. We loved the magnificent view on the sea. From the back of the house it is just 1 minute to take a swim in the cristal clear water with no one else around! Svetla is an outstanding host: sweets from the bakery as a warm welcome; suggestions for trips, shops, bars and restaurants; immediate response to all kind of practical questions and very relaxed about anything to do with the use of the house. We felt very pampered.

To say Villa Sunshine is amazing is like say nothing. It was absolutely lovely and comfortable stay. All you might possibly need during holidays, you can find in the villa. We were greeted with cold water and beer 🍺. We could taste some local sweets. Even when we had some health problems with our son, we could count on help. It was the most amazing stay and we recommend it to everybody who consider staying in Cyprus. It is really close to do some sightseeing around Larnaca, Limassol, Lefkara etc. You have wonderful view to the sea. Just wonderful :-)

the staff members are around you 24/7 and for everything you need, making sure you’re feeling at home. great place for families with young kids and for long periods. you have to rent a car to go for almost everywhere but on the other hand, it’s in the middle of Larnaca, Limmasol and Nicosia what makes it perfect for exploring most of the island (troodos, ayia napa etc.) house is spacious with large backyard and balconies on each side, it has also strong wifi in house and around the pool.

We really enjoyed our 5 week stay. The "boat" had everything we needed. The situation was lovely and peaceful. The owner was pleasant and helpful and didn't bother us. Very nice change from the tourist places

Very friendly people always happy to help and its had everything we needed and the place was so nice and clean with lovely views from sea to mountains and local area round to do your shopping. it's a happy and friendly place and I would definitely recommend to all my friends and family and who wants to stay in cyprus.
