Fabiola and her family were very gracious hosts. The building and our apartment were spotlessly clean. Everything in the apartment worked as expected. We had one minor issue that was dealt with promptly and courteously. The building and our one bedroom apartment were just as pictured online. Our apartment was spacious and very comfortable for a long term stay. We received weekly bundles with clean bed sheets and bath towels. I enthusiastically recommend this property to anyone. The location of the building is fantastic! Just steps away from the boardwalk along Las Canteras beach and also close to Las Arenas shopping mall. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance, as well as neighborhood shops, pharmacies and a Post Office.

We had an experience that far exceeded our expectations! - Perfect location close to the beach, a lovely balcony with a street view and plenty of sunshine! - The apartment was well-furnished, providing everything we needed. It made us feel right at home. - The service was great. Despite arriving late with no one at the reception, we easily got in touch with a staff member and smoothly self-checked in following their instructions. It was quite an interesting experience! In summary, a highly recommended 5-star experience with all thumbs up from us!
