Lejligheden er lys og luftig og ligger lige bagved Accademia med gode vaporetto-forbindelser. Området Dorsoduro ligger centralt i byen med en masse hyggelige cafeer og restauranter i gå-afstand. Ind- og udtjekning var nem og ukompliceret. Lejligheden er hyggelig og velindrettet med åben trappe til 1. sal og svarer fuldstændig til billederne på nettet. Værten Corinne kunne nåes via WhatsApp ved spørgsmål eller andet og var utrolig venlig og imødekommende. Vi var en familie på tre voksne og lejligheden var helt perfekt. Vi kommer gerne igen.

The appartment owners were absolutely kind! They contacted us way before our arrival and, on our arrival day, as our train was delayed, went out of their way to help us: they instructed us about which water bus to take, and even waited for us at the water bus stop (which is only two minutes from the appartment) and, as it was already night, showed us the way to the appartement! Also the hosts provide lots of helpful instructions about the surroundings, shopping options and things to do in Venice in a small book. The appartment is very well equipped and provides a comfortable living space. As we were travelling with our grown-up sons, we very much appreciated that there are separate bathrooms to each of the three bedrooms. Although the location is not in the center of Venice, everything of interest is in easy enough walking distance and we actually liked being in a quieter area, and I especially liked the open view to the sea at Fondamenta nove.

Beautiful apartment, perfect location, and staff was very helpful and personable. Loved the French doors opening out to view of the canal and the blue tooth speaker for playing music. Very nice decor, good A/C. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. Two great points about the location: There is a grocery store less than 100 meters away. And we were able to get a water taxi up our canal from the airport right to the apartment. No walking and dragging luggage through Venice. The staff arranged another pickup for our departure.

Beautiful, comfortable accommodation. The location was fantastic. We received a warm welcome and Nicola was kind enough to let us check out late . We were very sad to leave at the end of our trip.

Antonella was a beautiful,charming and kind host! Her Family also was so lovely! The appartment wonderful,cozy,chill,super clean,confortable,modern but with a classical touch...We feel It like our home.Pellestrina IS also a fascinating place but a lil bit far from Venezia.Sure if we going another time try to repeat here! I can't imagine a better owner than her! Was an absolute pleasure to meet and chat to a pure soul and smile like her! Million thanks,you made our travel million times better!

As we were looking to stay close to Arsenale the location was great! Apartment super clean, basic equipment but all what you need. And as in Venice is always hard to find a dry and warm stay - this apartment had both!
