A very good location. The property is not a conventional hotel, which is nice. There is a small communal kitchen, a terrace that you can use. It’s a homestead, plenty of useful items that you can use, like hair dryer, socket converters, mini fridge in a room, etc. Though the place is kinda in the center of the main street, the noise was minimal. Which was surprising. There are restaurants and convenience stores next door, like downstairs:) the sea is right there too. We actually extended our stay for an extra night. The hosts are super nice people, we felt right at home. Please, understand this is not a fancy place, but very clean and cozy and worth the price.

Oliver’s local knowledge was invaluable. He provided excellent recommendations for dining and sightseeing, which greatly enhanced our experience in Malta. The building is 10 minutes walk from the center, and 1 minute from one of the best restarants in Malta (La Buona Trattoria del Nonno)

Når det gjelder ankomst så fikk vi melding med adresse, bilde av nøkkel boks og hvordan alt fungerte i leiligheten . Det gikk veldig greit. Ingen problemer. Hadde bedt om leilighet høyt og fikk den i 5 etasje. Hyggelig med en flaske vann og en flaske vin, som sto i leiligheten. Vi forsto ikke helt det med å slå på varmtvannet og måtte sende en melding. Husverten responderte med en gang. Vi fant fort ut hva vi hadde gjort galt, men da var de allerede der for å ordne. Veldig betryggende. Mye oppbevaringsplass i leiligheten. Internett og TV med tilgang til alle kanaler, slik at vi også kunne se norsk tv. Buss stopp rett utenfor leiligheten. Vi kjøpte 7 dagers busskort og brukte stort sett buss. Det gikk mange busser i alle retninger så det var veldig greit. Bussrutene var ikke helt å stole på, så det ble noen ganger litt venting, men det ble vi etter hvert innstilt på så da var vi avslappet i forhold til det. Fordel å ha lest seg opp på hvor man vil dra og de ulike bussrutene og muligheter, så da ble det alternativ tur når vi ble lei av å vente på rett buss. En av oss, lastet ned appen for Bolt som var taxi på Malta. Brukte det et par ganger og det fungerte helt utmerket. Da vi skulle reise til flyplassen, ble vi usikker om vi skulle ta sjansen på buss og forsto heller ikke helt hvordan vi skulle bestille bil med plass til 4 kofferter. Vi tok kontakt med Ruth og hun ordnet en minivan til oss - veldig fort. Supert vertskap og rent og fint i leiligheten. Ideelt med busstopp rett utenfor døra.

Everything was great. Eggs, bread, ham, milk, juice, cheese and water were already in fridge before we came. Joseph was really helpful. He gave us so many tips, where to go, where/what to eat, where to rent car, where ro buy grosseries, fish... Appartment is on 1st floor in new building. There is always free space to park nearby of in front of building. You are 20-25 min by car from Valleta, or 15min from Popaye village. Nearby are good bar and cafes for breakfast of coffee. Also supermarket is just 3 min by walk away.

I want to thank you very much for the beautiful accommodation and communication. I had an earlier check in and there was no problem at all. Quick answers. The apartment is the best in Malta mainly because of the price, newly furnished including kitchen and dishes. Washer and dryer with 3 balconies. The bed is comfortable and that blanket is exactly what they need for their home now 😁 Smart TV and a comfortable couch. In addition, it is in a quiet location, where you will not hear cars or any noise from the bar. I can only recommend and for me 10.5 / 10, I will definitely stop here again if I stay in Malta. I thank the owner because this is exactly how a business should look like.
