Lovely apartment at the canal with sun in the morning and evening on the terrace. Around 10min by bicycle to the dunes at the sea. Day trip to Texel by the ferry reachable by car or bicycle. The host is very attentive and is giving some nice tips about must-seen places around - and he prepares a nice breakfast you get delivered in a picnic basket in the morning :)

The hosts are absolutely top notch. A welcome basket greeted us on arrival and we were even given free transport to the train station. The kitchen is very well appointed with modern appliances and the bathroom is beautiful.

Absolutely awesome. Great layout, 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Much bigger than expected. 5 minutes walk to beautiful dunes. 5 minutes walk to shopping centre. 5-10 minutes drive to unbelievable beaches, Texel transport, fortress and lighthouse, navy museum Den Helder, 1h to Amsterdam. Very quiet place, surprisingly. ! Excelent beds. Another name for relax:)

Warm & cosy apartment close to Den Helder restaurants, which are just a 10-15 minute walk. Spacious kitchen, dining, lounge area, with a large doubdle bedroom. Upstairs toilet and separate bathroom downstairs at the rear. There's a huge private balcony out of the bedorom patio doors that I'm sure would be fabulaous in warmer weather. I liked it so much, I've just booked again for next week

We stayed here with my husband and our 3 dogs to just relax a bit. Our host was friendly and she told me everything we needed during our stay. She asked us, when we want to had the breakfast, and after in every morning our hearty breakfast was in a basket in front of our door. We could park near, in a free public parking place. We had wifi, kitchen, big bathroom and comfortable beds. There was a separate charge for dogs on site, but they were welcome in return. We sensed that there were dogs in almost every room. The beautiful and dog-friendly location was the best. Right next to the hotel is an oak and pine forest, and at the same time this place is the entrance on the road to the sea through the dunes. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. Overall we were really satisfied with the accommodation, so much so that we really want to come back here in the future, despite the great distance from where we live.

Located perfectly. Close enough to the sea, museum and the station. The owners are also absolutely lovely. They really make you feel right at home.
