Hítarneskot Holiday Home is a holiday home with a barbecue, set in Hítarneskot. Guests benefit from terrace. Free private parking is available on site. Free WiFi is offered. Lovely cottage set next to the sea. The house had everything we needed. Warm and comfortable. You can sit by the window and just watch the horses. We visited in winter and it was an excellent place to view the aurora.

Even though I arrived too late around 12am, but I can't forget the face of the host who greeted me with a smile. Everything was perfect and I want to visit again next time.

This Western Iceland homestay, located off the main route, at the base of Nýpurhyrna Mountain, offers panoramic views of the Breidafjördur Fjord. The hosts were exceptionally helpful, well beyond what I expected. My wife and I arrived fairly late (8:30 pm), and we found that the bathroom was too difficult to access, given her mobility issues. I had reserved a room with shared bath, but had not considered that the toilet would require several stairs. The host sent us to a nearby hotel that had an easier toilet access, without any extra charge. We were very grateful for this. The facility looked very nice with a superb scenic view.

This property is near Akranes Harbour and 1.3 km from Akranes Museum Centre. It offers a pretty, hedged garden and a large, furnished terrace. Wi-Fi and parking are free. Very welcoming guests!! Although we stayed for a brief while, the owners made us feel very comfortable and cozy. Very tidy and clean house and a spacious room! Great location.

Marbakki was a very beautiful, secluded property. My family and I loved the design of the house - it was very cozy and made us feel right at home. The villa had a lot of great touches including a well stocked kitchen (various spices, coffee pods, etc.) and yoga mats. The rooms were small, but the beds were very comfortable. Although there is only one bathroom, it was spacious and very clean. The outside deck overlooking the ocean and the hot tub were amazing. We enjoyed sitting and relaxing in the hot tub while taking in the ocean and mountain views. I highly recommend taking an evening or morning walk on the beach! Our family really enjoyed this villa and we will keep it on our list for future Iceland trips!
