Case Joya is a lovely property in a lovely place decorated to a very high standard the staff are all very friendly after a long hot day riding my motor bike this was a great place to stop over night I will be going back again thank you .

The villas were extremely comfortable, overall an amazing stay and visits to Porto and Pedrógão Grande and the nature surrounding.

This spot was just awesome, it was paradise. Everything was clean, comfort was great, very quiet. I really liked the decor. I had a lovely balcony over looking the property and I enjoyed watching the farm animals come to the tree near the gate for a scratch. Maragite was lovely hostess and her worker Ashef was very attentive. Breakfast was really good too!

Herman and Luc are absolutely fantastic hosts and are so accommodating and friendly. We really felt at home and everything was terrific…from the homemade breakfast to the heated pool to the immaculate rooms. The Location is gorgeous and there are some amazing local restaurants. The guide to the area that they have personalized is very special and unique! They have put in a lot of work to the property and the experience and it really shows. The bed is also the comfiest we have come across throughout Portugal. We only stayed 2 nights, but if you can stay longer, there is so much to see and experience, but you can also just power down and relax as well. Thank you casa carvalhal!

The BBQ is wood fired. They supply wood, and you can also pick driftwood from the beach. Quiet setting. We just love this place and we will definitely be back.
