Good toilet Rain Shower with steady water supply / temperature. Has clothes drying rack. Basically has everything we need / want for the middle part of our family trip. Power sockets at correct places for charging devices.

Nice furniture, comfortable, not spacious but everything is functional. Very clean, new, nice terrace. Although it is next to a canal and a busy street, it was quiet at night. The location is excellent, there are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, fast food, baklava and everything nearby. There is a parking space in front of the building. WiFi good.

Our host went to great lengths to help us when we experienced a dental emergency. He contacted specialists in Fethiye and Istanbul to make sure that we got the best treatment available and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. He's the epitome of Turkish hospitality and has our highest recommendation. The fresh market is one block away and well worth a visit!

This is the perfect place to stay if you come to Fethiye, for short or longer period. everythings is very modern and looks like new. you got everything as a facilities to cook, iron, washing etc. location is superb, close to many local food, and supermarket. the surroundings was busy at night, but didn’t disturb our stay. the staff (Naif) is very helpful, we love our stay here and definitely will recommend to everyone to stay here
