The houses were very modern with a interesting layout with a view to Kardzhali dam. The room we stayed at was very cozy, clean, with good facilities and had a confortable entrances. In the house there is a large kitchen area fully equipped with everything, even better than a person can imagine. The staff was very polite and made us feel welcome. There were even few bikes on the side that the guest can use and provided us with a map to all sightseeings nearby. Glavatartsi is more or less a hotel/villas area, there are no groceries stores in the village, but there were a few restaurants. We enjoyed our stay, especially because we were visiting during not a busy period.

A beautiful and cozy house with an exceptionally great view and garden. We extended our stay because we loved the house so much.

The apartment is very nice, spacious, with modern furniture. The down side was the shower, which doesn't have a cabin, so everything in the bathroom gets soaking wet. Also, there were mosquitoes in the rooms, which bothered us during the night.

I grew up in Kardjali and know the area around Glavatartsi and Arda river extremely well. However, I did not know what to expect from Villa Irina, and it absolutely exceeded my expectations. First, I met Irina, the owner of the property, who is a wonderful and cordial person, and she made sure I had everything that I needed. The villa can comfortably host 4-5 adults, as we were very comfortable staying 3 adults and 3 children. The quality of the furnishing, kitchen appliances, space, and view are for property at much higher category than its star rating. It was an exceptional value for the money at the prices we paid in July 2022. Finally, it is at a prime location between two of the best hotels in the village. You can enjoy everything around, and have the privacy and home feeling.
