Gustavo's place was great! Exactly as described in the listing. Gustavo was very kind and accommodating. The property was clean and comfortable. They even offered to clean the space and change the towels, which was a nice touch. We greatly appreciated the laundry on site too. Gustavo's place was about a 10-minute walk into "downtown," which has many grocery stores, restaurants, some bars, and the bus station to Manuel Antonio, San Jose, or other surrounding areas.

The photos do not do this place any justice. It is exceptionally beautiful and located inside the jungle which provides a wonderful experience. Spotted lots of animals within the property premises, including chipmunks, monkeys, a Jesus lizard, and even a frog. Considering the location insects were surprisingly not an issue. The host also provided us with coffee for the entire duration of the stay as well as gave us a pineapple and 2 mangoes upon our arrival.

Magical place in the middle of the jungle - so beautiful! The guesthouse was nicely decorated and very clean. Great pool and outdoor dinner/breakfast location. We also appreciated the jungle track and waterfall/natural pools we were able to sleep in. All in all highly recommend this place.

The garden has a lot of animals and is beautiful. The room is big enough and has a large bed of good quality with good sheets. The bathroom has a bath. The host is very helpful and kind. The staff at the Esquipulas Rainforest couldn't have been nicer. They went out of their way to take care of us. They were super friendly and went out of their way to make sure that we had a good stay. I would highly recommend the Esquipulas Rainforest. It is a gorgeous property. They have renovated everything recently. Everything is clean, functional, and organized.

I was one of the first guests at this newly refurbished hotel. Stephan and his team were very helpful at check in with a tour of the beautiful property. The room was large, nicely furnished and clean. The hot tub is spectacular and is a nice community space that allowed me to get to know some of the other guests that weekend. Stephan is a Chef and the breakfast buffet was amazing. He also offered to prepare items that weren't on the buffet upon request.

If you're going to Quepos rent this apartment. It's huge, safe and beautiful. Much cheaper than a hotel with more to offer. Also, the Internet works great. The owner has thought of everything and we were so blessed to stay here. Definitely rent a 4x4 SUV if you're going to Quepos though. We loved it and have wonderful memories from our trip. We will be back again.
