First and foremost, the host was very accommodating and friendly. Check-in and check-out process was fully automated and they walk you through all of it. Really good location, just couple minutes on walk to numerous restaurants and pubs. Good price for the space and residence. Facility was secure, spacious and clean. Loved the full kitchen and fridge.

It was a pleasure to spend this time here. The owners are very responsive and pleasant, the rooms are very beautiful and cozy (I will never forget that smell of wood). Room was nice and comfortable, host is very friendly and answers all the questions really fast. Stuff is exceptional, room was astonishingly clean, shining and well prepared. We even decided to stay one day longer because we loved the place so much! Bathroom smells good and is kept exceptionally clean, looks more like a 4 star hotel then a guesthouse! Everything was working fine, climatisation was good but window is protected from bugs so you can keep it open and its not even necessary to turn climatisation on. Guesthouse has a kitchen and a washing machine, we didn't use them but other guests told us it works well too. There was even tea and cofee that we could use for a breakfast if we wanted! There are good restaurants and a nice lake close to the place, also there is a beach and some party venues, close enough to join but far enough to rest without being disturbed. The only downside is that it is quite far from the city center, but there is public communication and air is a lot better in this part of the town compairing to city center, so it's kind of worth it! I would really, strongly advise to stay here for anyone going to explore Constanţa or rest by the sea. Super quality for a really just value! Thank you guys from Casa David!

The apartment was great! 8th floor, spacious balcony, sea view, huge windows to enjoy the view, comfortable beds, one smaller than the other though, air conditioning in every room, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher...we couldn't open the key box at arrival, apparently the key inside was blocking the ledge from inside...within 5 mins of us communicating the problem, someone came, and another 20 mins a second person arrived with another key, so we could get in while they took the key box apart. Great service and communication. Thank you!

Beautifully done apartment in super secure building. Had everything one could need inside. Was also able to have the ladies come and clean a few times during our two week stay. Everyone was so accommodating and easy to work with. Also a great location, close to anything you need or want to go to.
