The room was impeccable as well as the whole house. The kitchen was fully equipped for making tea, cooking, etc. and the bathroom of the main room was also nicely arranged.

Very charming little place, located as a separate apartment in the basement below the owners’ home. It was clean and centrally located! Parking was also fantastic. Locked and secured by owners’ home and steps from the apartment entrance. Hosts were incredibly kind and checked in that all was well and recommended where and what to explore in the city. We will definitely stay again!

Duke and Appollo were the 'icing on the cake'. We really enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast is amazing: fresh fruit, fluffy scones, just out of the oven, delicious muffins, hard-boiled eggs, just made and beautifully presented, yogurt, orange juice, and French press coffee (also available: tea and hot chocolate). Everything is served in a very fancy way, reminiscent of the Grand Hotels at the beginning of the last century. The owner is very gracious and kind and goes to great lengths to accommodate the guests’ dietary restrictions. Finally, the B&B is centrally situated, about a five-minute walk to both the river and the downtown area with shops and restaurants. Ruby Manor is truly a gem in the heart of Gananoque!

You Just had to give the owners a heads up on what meal is needed.The Bed was comfortable and the In wall electric Fireplace was an added touch .
