El Cabañas del Rio es troba a Fortuna, a 5 km de cascada de La Fortuna i a 7 km dels banys termals de Kalambu, i ofereix WiFi gratuïta, aire condicionat, jardí i terrassa. The reception was excellent, the tour guide was knowledgeable, and the breakfast was delicious!!! Most important though, was that there was not one single mosquito in the room, ant or anything. We have been everywhere in Costa Rica, and this is the very first time our room was spotless and bugless!

Featuring a garden and views of mountain, Bungalow Batsù is a recently renovated apartment set in Fortuna, 17 km from La Fortuna Waterfall. The location was amazing. Very comfortable for our small family. The property was beautiful and the hosts were so nice and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious.

Located in Fortuna, the recently renovated Apartamentos M&M provides accommodation 5.1 km from La Fortuna Waterfall and 5.4 km from Kalambu Hot Springs. Nice room in the host's house. A small kitchenette with all the utensils and a coffee machine. Air-conditioned and you have access to a washing machine, which was very handy. Nice neighbourhood outside the touristy areas. A lot of thoughtful details, like an umbrella and tea and coffee to use. Overall, wonderful stay.

Set within 22 km of La Fortuna Waterfall and 700 metres of Mistico Arenal Hanging Bridges Park in Fortuna, Wellness Park CR features accommodation with seating area. This place is amazing. If you are looking for a typical hotel experience, this may not be your place. If you are looking for something off the beaten path more about personal wellness and being in nature, this is your perfect choice. The place was amazing with great hikes and waterfalls directly on the property. The food was excellent. Everything was very clean and the wifi worked well enough. This place offered a great combination of feeling like you are secluded in nature but also providing you with modern day amenities. There arent many guests staying there and at times we felt alone. The owners and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Pretty much any reasonable request will be granted. Thank you Johnny and EZ for a wonderful time!

Mevak Apartments Suites is set in Fortuna, 6.8 km from La Fortuna Waterfall, 5.9 km from Kalambu Hot Springs, as well as 21 km from Mistico Arenal Hanging Bridges Park. Everything was clean and confirtable, i had hot water all the time and it was working with pressure system so all good. I had the a room upstairs so i had a nice view to a beautiful garden. I recommend this place and probably would come back. I had a car but if you are on foot, i think the area is safe, there is even a small police station on the way to town. La Fortua is like amusement park for outdoor anyway I recommend this place for families as well. It was really quite..

What makes Birds and Breakfast Very Special are its owners Marcela and Fabio. They treated us like loving family. I cannot say enough about their graciousness and hospitality. They went totally above and beyond our wildest expectations. They fully recognized that we two Floridians (me at 83 & my SO at 71) were not physically up to hiking those steep trails so they made up for it with other activities that we could comfortably handle. While birds are their focus and we saw/photographed many we also saw sloths and various animals and got to sample their local food extensively.
