Although it is next to a canal and a busy street, it was quiet at night. The location is excellent, there are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, fast food, baklava and everything nearby. There is a parking space in front of the building. WiFi good.

Our host went to great lengths to help us when we experienced a dental emergency.
