The B&B is located above a tea shop, the rooms are beautifully made with wood, very comfortable, clean and spacious. Large comfortable bed in our room, hot shower is great. Bathroom products are all l’occitane and replenished daily. Lots of local tea and coffee available in the room and communal area. We took the HSR from Taipei to Chiayi then rented a car from the station, convenient parking in front of the property. The bus stop to Alishan is also directly opposite the b&b so very convenient whether your driving or arriving by public transport. Really lovely and friendly hosts as well, showed us around the tea production process and tea drying which happens on the roof! There are also restaurants and convenience stores near by.

Clean, good location with a hiking trail just nearby. The manager is a great host who can teach you about tea. The view from the balcony is wonderful for the sunrise coming up over the mountains.

We arrived late (after dinner) and it was dark and raining heavily. Hosts came out to greet us with umbrellas and took our luggage to the rooms. Breakfast next morning was excellent and we could not finish. Host packed the balance with extra homemade bread for us to eat during our journey. House and rooms are amazing, comfortable and luxurious. Room rate is steep, but highly recommend stay for special occasion(s).

Beds were comfortable and a great shower.
