All vegetables and fruits are from their own organic farm, and they taste stong and tasty.They are highly eco-conscious, which gave me a nice feeling. All solar-powered. As we stayed at Lake manyara Kilimamoja the day before where we had a bad experience over the food, we mentioned this to the staff and the chef and the full team offered us the possiblity for a private dinner in Boma! waw, what a superb experience... also the welcome animation, the music, the dancers, the room, .... everything was perfect!
