Super cute lodge, you feel home as soon as you enter, pool surrounded by trees...Feels like holidays as soon as you arrive. Nosipho, who is part of the staff, was very kind and helped us straight away in booking the safaris' experiences for Hluhluhwe-Imfolosi and Isimangaliso parks. Even before we arrived, she advised us on the best road to take (and not to take) and shared the load sheeding schedule. Very few lodges hence it's quiet, and nice to walk around.

The breakfast was very good, we received what we had ordered and it was most enjoyable, very filling and kept us going for the rest of the day. The location was excellent for any tours or visits to the town for restaurants. We were well received on our arrival by the Owner and Manager, and we were fortunate to have a choice of rooms, and indeed had an upgrade, which was most appreciated. The Manager, Esmarie, was excellent in ensuring that we had all that we needed for our stay, so a big thank you to her. Also the staff were very friendly and attentive. So, in all we were very impressed with the accommodation, the cleanliness, the good food and concern for our well being for our short stay. Thank you to all of you.

The property is very green with the beautiful garden. It’s very tidy and clean. It makes you feel like you are in a natural forest. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Andre gave us lots of good advices and hints about surrounding area. He is very knowledgeable and is happy to share his knowledge with the guests. We really enjoyed staying at this lodge.

This is a really beautiful facility, and the separate rooms are very quiet and pretty. For breakfast, they had veggie sausages available for us vegans, which was really great as we had a long drive ahead of us. The photos are amazing but also accurate!! We are very happy to recommend Lodge Afrique.

Extremely clean and comfortable. Everyone was lovely and very helpful. Great location, restaurants, shops, mobile services, laundry, etc, close by. iSimangaliso Wetlands and Indian were lovely and close by. There was even a Hippo that walked the streets at night! Plus, plenty of monkeys Hluhluwe-Imfolozi Reserve about an hours drive away, another great location. So much to see and do. Highly recommend this accommodation and location!
