The hotel is in a great location in Opava city centre, the rooms are well equiped and nice. Comfortable beds, TV, good WiFi connection, fridge in the room, clean bathroom. The room was dirty and had small towels and terrible beds you couldn't sleep on. It smelled like smoke and the bathroom smelled musty and wet- I had to air it out. My parents were supposed to stay here but it was in bad condition and I did not feel comfortable with them staying there. We had a reservation for 3 nights but didn't stay there for ANY night or time but they would not give me my money back even though I didn't stay in hotel.
