We had no trouble to find it, tired and hot after a long hike, we refreshed in the pub's garden. Amazing! We booked a table for the evening and had a simple meal, tasty pizza, with nice wine. Service for very attentive.
The room was great, with 2 large roof windows, comfy beds and a hot shower.

Breakfast was OK, even though the selection was very limited. On 2nd floor is a bar with Indoor Golf, Bowling etc. situated, make sure you get a room that's on 4th or 5th floor. Parking was free on a lot behind the hotel.

This hotel dates from the 1960s but was recently refurbished to a high standard with modern features throughout. The town itself is pleasant to visit, and there are many walking attractions close by. The room was very comfortable and huge, with a beautiful view (8th floor), excellent electrical facilities, desk, storage, plus coffee and tea-making facilities. The restaurant is attractive with a high standard of cuisine. Interesting, silent films from the 1930s relating to the history of the town and nearby areas were projected on a wall. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.
