The Landhotel Grashof is an excellent, traditional German country hotel. It was so quiet and relaxing with good food, clean rooms, and friendly staff. We were there with our preteens/teen and it was really nice to let them explore while we relaxed. It was nice to spend family time playing card games in the beer garden which was shady and overlooked a pasture. There are several walks through the forest and fields which were nice especially when I needed to stay with one of the kids at the hotel, and the others could easily go walking. It’s within 10 miles of Fulda and attractions. We were very sad to leave and would definitely stay again.

Room was very clean and well set. Cost benefit was very good and the owners were very attentive. We arrived late at night and they received us and also called a pizza place in order to check if it was open for us to have dinner

This was our first place we stayed after arriving in Germany. Not knowing where to eat, this hotel had a wonderful (and busy) restaurant. Even though the restaurant was at capacity, they were able to accommodate us in another room. The family enjoyed the food, which was reasonably priced.
