I was in town for the DRUPA Exhibition. The hotel is 20 to 25 minutes drive, easy acces to and from the exhibition location, directly on the highway and only a few exits further. No rush from the busy Dusseldorf City Center and especially the ALPS scenery and skiing experience in the hotel is great.
The rooms are large compared to any other hotels in this pricecategory.
In the hotel there is a buffet in the SKI hall, simple, quick and a true ALPS experience
I will definently visit again, very clean, very Cosy, great Bartender in the evening :-)

It's a small town away from the busy city centre of Dusseldorf. Its a town that is full of its own history and heritage. English not commonly spoken here but they will understand you. A town that is full of arts & culture such as "CLEMEN SELS MUSEUM & CHURCH"..if its something that you are looking for. Transportation coverage is quite good.
A town that has both cultural and modern amenities to look for.
Culturally; there are museums and famous old buildings that you can see. Modern...there are places that you can shop such as a mall and some shops that offer products at an affordable pricing. Bring your own bag to keep the stuff you bought as no bags are given for your purchase.
Its very quiet on SUNDAYS with 90% of the shops and malls are closed. Just few eateries that is open and probably will be closed by about 4pm on sunday. Most days..the town will come alive around 10am and sleeps by 5pm. So plan your day there well.
Do look out for the clock songs that will play in the afternoon. there are 2 buildings that has a clocks with bells that sings & rings.
I tried some pastry at this "OEBEL CAFE". i tried the bacon&egg sandwich ...and its tasty.
Just like any other city's or town that you go too; you got to be careful with your belongings.

The hotel is in the middle of an industrial estate however this didn’t spoil a thing because the local train station is only 4 minute walk and once on the train it’s only 9 minutes to Düsseldorf once here you can walk to the old town in about 25 minutes which is very nice

I would not stay there again.
I would not stay there again. The good thing about the Crowne Plaza was the price and the friendly staff. There is nothing around the hotel...one mall, but not the shops you really want. You have to travel to Dusseldorf if you want to get a decent meal.

I stayed for my business trip in Neuss area. It was easy to find by car, public parking space was just in front of it which was quite cheap. The room was big enough, clean, and comfortable. The shower space was large and comfortable to use. I recommend this hotel if your focus is not the city center, or even you need to go to the city center there is a tram station close by and looks easy to access to other places.
The size of the room was good and the furniture looked like new. The staff was very friendly and breakfast had everything you could want. Value for money is excellent and from the main station you can reach the place even on foot in about 20 minutes, if you don't have too much luggage to carry. As there isn't really any traffic around the hotel, the place is also rather quiet.
The place has a great location just 4 mins from Neuss main station and around 20-30 minutes from Düsseldorf main station. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen was a great help. We could get an "early" check-in 1 hour earlier than the time mentioned. It also has a smart TV in the bedroom.
Their service is really good. They really try making your stay best as possible but they can't exceed what an old/in need of renovation hotel interior can offer.
Their breakfast has good options and their in-hotel restaurant is very excellent, even though a bit pricy.
I booked the wrong date and when I came to the reception they told me my dates are next month. Fortunately, they were able to help me and change the reservation for me! By the way, there is a big mall behind the hotel you can walk to, very close!
Good hotel for quick stop of the main highway from Netherlands. Easy to find and there is plenty of parking. Nice view of river and greenery, to rest your eyes on.
Clean room, bed could be more comfortable, but ok for 1 night sleep.
A nice family-owned hotel, with quite comfortable rooms, in a suburb of Neuss, close to the Rhein. Very convenient to go to Düsseldorf by car and even by bike. Very good breakfast.
Well located and equipped flat adjacent to Neuss downtown. All needed amenities are either found within the flat or can be accessed within a 3 minute walk. Surprisingly good!
