Accommodation was really good value for money with the hostess' warm welcome an added bonus. We will definitely use the studio again when we next visit historic Sommières. Sommières is a lovely historic town with lots of ancient buildings and alleyways. There are lots of small artisan shops; jewellers, painters etc.Just beware as it does attract lots of day-trippers during the day. And, most restaurants close on Mondays. The hotel is perfectly situated - a ten minute walk to the town.

We didn’t really cook but kitchen facilities were good and Stephane kindly provided coffee/tea and even gave us some new wine in a can to try! Stephane communicated well with us even though we don’t speak French. There is also private parking provided which is a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment.

The hotel was once the railway station and is situated a short walk into the town. The property is well maintained with lovely gardens and a pool. Free parking on site is a bonus. Breakfast is served either outdoors or indoors and there are a variety choices. The staff are really lovely: professional, friendly and helpful.
