Parvekkeita on itseasiassa kolme (yksi iso ja kaksi pienempää, molemmista makuuhuoneista). Huoneisto oli myös hyvin puhdas, tasokas ja hyvin varusteltu! Dervio on pieni kylä, jossa asukkaat todella ystävällisiä. Pääset autolla nopeasti esimerkiksi Bellanoon ja Varennaan. Asunnon uima-altaalla täytyy käyttää uimalakkia, joten muista ottaa ne mukaasi!
