We didn't try the breakfast. The room was facing the street which was a little loud at times but not too bad. Location was amazing. Close to the train station and shops and restaurants. Bed was extremely comfortable.

You can walk to the train station in about 7 minutes.
You can walk to the train station in about 7 minutes. Just note train does run direct into St Lucia Station however not trains from 10.17am until 11.47am. Not sure why. The train ride is less than 30 minutes and quite comfortable. Very safe.AndreaAustralia - 10Scored 10

Baby seats available in the restaurant, and she loved the pool! We easily got to Venice centre by bus which was directly outside the hotel. And got the train back which was around a 20 minute walk to the hotel. There is a cafe, pizzeria, and a huge supermarket you can walk too from the hotel.TanyaUnited Kingdom

Ugo, the host, was very friendly. He offered us a touristic maps of Venice and Treviso, always was willing to help and welcomed us very nice. The location of the apartment is really great, because it's not fa from autostrada, so it's easy to go anywhere from there.
