Everything was perfect

Excellent location with diving within minutes of the hotel. Attentive staff taking care of many requests and last minute needs. Food was excellent for all sittings breakfast lunch and dinner.

The property is beautiful, and the staff is extremely helpful. Location is close enough to a few great restaurants and very short walking distance to the beach.

Very nice clean and the food was the best we ever have , and the waiter Asael bekar was super amazing and professional, and all the staff as well they let us do late check out without any problem, we had great time and the yoga in the forest one of a kind.

Great Customer service, staff really attentive, proactive and ready to help. Very good location, safe and quiet neighbourhood. Very good option for resting and exploring Bocas del Toro. I was allowed to check out late for free, at 4:30pm, since I had a late flight. THUMBS UP! :) I had a great time at Gran Hotel Bahia. I recommend it for your stay in Bocas del Toro.

The property is a perfect place, really central, you can walk everywhere, the staff is friendly and really helpful, facility so beautiful and clean

Right in the center of town easy and convenient to everything we needed restaurants, boat, taxi service, and a mini supermarket!

Amazing location and staff. Snorkeling for days with the family where tours are offered from on shore.
