My second visit to the Padre Cruz. It's all spotlessly clean. Friendly welcome from the manager. Comfy bed. Plenty of free parking. Good buffet breakfast, excellent coffee. There's a little outdoor sitting area. It looks like the're just starting to construct an outdoor/terraced extension to the breakfast room, which will be lovley. Excellent value for money. Ideal for someone in the area who needs easy car access.

Very warm welcome by Lawrence and the rooms are clean and cozy. Really nicely decorated and choice of colours. Amazing view - we regretted not to stay longer. Optional evening Dinner was excellent and very nice to meet pilgrims fellow travellers.

We have had a most relaxing afternoon by the pool after walking the Camino .The hostess was super friendly and accommodating to all our requests. Also she arranged and drove us to the local restaurant where we have had one of the meals that we had in Portugal. We would definitely stay here again.
