Great place to use as a base for Nyungwe activities. The team, especially Albert, are very helpful and attentive and the food was very good. Make sure to try out the optional cultural activities as well. All were excellent and very easy to arrange through the lodge.

Fantastic budget accommodation. From the moment we arrived the staff couldn’t have done more for us to ensure we had a good stay. The hotel is half an hour away from the Uwinka visitor centre where you start the chimpanzee trekking and can also do the canopy walk. The food was fantastic, the rooms were clean. The staff even took our boots away and washed them for us after our trek. Really fantastic place to stay, I would highly recommend.
