Really truly disappointed, two staff members super rude and not helpful. I was afraid to ask for anything and was shocked that we had complaint at 6:00 pm for my nephew laughing and giggling.. “ because people were napping” no where in the paperwork did say quiet hours were at 6:00 pm

location is excellent, breakfast was very good and above all the swimming pool and jacuzzi is great!! We loved the fountain next to the pool and we really enjoyed the warm water in the pool as well as the hot and foamy jacuzzi, excellent!!

We paid just over 1k for 4 nights here which is pretty cheap for pismo hotels.

I loved the grounds-the waterfall, the bridge, the plentiful flowers, the breakfast, and getting a good nights sleep was so refreshing! I was glad our room had a tub as I prefer taking baths! We ate at ednme pizza in town and it was delicious! Getting around Arroyo Grande was easy, and the yound woman working the room for breakfast was, sweet, warm, friendly and so busy making sure everyone was well fed and happy!

We really enjoyed our visit to the downtown of Arroyo Grande one evening where we stopped by Doc Burnstein's Ice Cream Lab. A nostalgic place to enjoy some tasty ice cream and view historic photos of its early beginning and imagine what it was like back then to be a child in this place with toys and treats surrounding you.
