The staff was very willing to help. I asked for directions for my trip continuation, and the staff took the time to explain every single detail of what transportation I should take. The gentleman even realized that with my mother it was going to be challenging to take the metro and guided me on what I should do, suggesting taking an Uber to the train station. He even contacted a taxi to ask about the cost of a single ride, just so I would have a reference.
Besides that, the breakfast was really good with a variety of options. I enjoyed the scrambled eggs and the pancakes.

Convenient location and airport shuttle. It was clean
We enjoyed the overall town. We wish some things were open later as on Thursday evening nothing was open for us to grab some dinner. It was convenient to the highway and downtown Chicago which was perfect. Alot of the gas stations were dirty and not very clean.

Liked the convenience to the Allstate arena.
Liked the convenience to the Allstate arena. Parking left a lot to be desired. Had to park in the Bo Jackson sports parking lot and walk to the hotel. Didn’t appreciate guests drinking beer in the lobby. Room was very clean but did not appreciate that we had no chairs and table in the room .only had the bed and one place to put our clothes on.would not recommend anyone to stay at this place. Got the impression that we were bothering front desk people .

Easy access to the hi-way or use Grand Ave. to get downtown.
Easy access to the hi-way or use Grand Ave. to get downtown. I personally hate the stop and go on the expressways and at certain times it takes much longer to get from one place to another than the nice trip through town on Grand. The very quiet neighborhood where the hotel is located is a huge plus. You really will enjoy the good breakfast and if you like to workout their exercise room is really great.

Bensenville for me was a good distance from my event at the McCormick Place downtown Chicago. Although the shuttle at the hotel I stayed at made commuting daily to downtown easier the CTA was horrible.
If you're traveling for business and the area is close to your activities and you dont need sites, food variety, etc. then stay in Bensenville.
The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well-stocked with towels and toiletries. Windows could open for fresh air. The room itself was quite spacious. Lots of outlets and USB ports.
Breakfast was included but I didn't partake. I was very tired and preferred to sleep in.
Noon check-out is great. (Most hotels have 11am check-out.)
I was initially given a room on the ground floor but asked for a room on another floor. Staff was not difficult about making the change.
The only reason I booked this place was for their free 24-hour airport shuttle but when I called to be picked up they said it had already stopped running for the night. They offered no alternatives and I had to pay $50 (!!!) for an uber to the hotel. The hotel was already well beyond my budget so paying an extra $50 was completely unacceptable. They have still offered me nothing in return despite trying to contact them multiple times.
The night shift guys name was KP. He was the nicest friendlies and most helpful staff member I have ever ran into at a hotel!!!! The hotel passed my expectations on how clean it was the breakfast was amazing the pool was super clean and fun and the room was so amazing To. I also was able to park my semi truck In the parking lot.
1. The front desk guy Peter is very helpful. He arranged frew pickup drop from Airport multiple times for us as we were visiting Chicago during odd hours. Hotel is at a very quiet location although ery close to Airport.
2. I would highly recommend it if visiting Chicago.
I loved that there were suites with 2 double beds and a couch. Many hotels don‘t offer this. We also liked the pool & hot tub, breakfast, and having shuttle service to the airport. The staff was also flexible about letting us check-in early.
nothing because the lady at front desk is so racist with the Spanish people she jus see us we are Spanish and change her face her actitud with us I always make reservations on holiday inn hotel but this is going to be the last one
The management and all of the staff were exceptional! we ennjoyed our stay here, it was the perfect balance of downtown fun in Chicago, b& having our hotel just outside of the city! I would definitely stay here again!
The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfasts were worth getting up early for. The hotel shuttle service was also great and got us to and from the airport several times with no hassle at all.
The room was large clean and quiet. The hotel was okay. Nothing spectacular. Was a fine place to sleep for 3 nights. The hot showers were nice. Overall we enjoyed the hotel room.
Breakfast was great. Very nice big clean room. Other than the fire alarm scare so late at night all good. But even that was not hotel fault. But what a scare
