I liked that the hotel was close to restaurants, grocers, bakeries, gift shops, ferries on the lake, scenic Stowe and Waterbury , the university of Vermont, the Echo science center and Shelburne Museum. Also near Vermont Teddy Bear and Ben and Jerry's ice cream factory- lots to do!

Massive snow storm so we didn’t do much.
Massive snow storm so we didn’t do much. Couldn’t sleep due to the loud teenagers in the hallway running around all night. No towels At the pool. When we went back to the pool in the morning our key card wouldn’t open it. Then once we got in the loud group of teenagers were causing chaos in the pool room so I had to take my 7 year old out

Burlington is a charming little town with a small city vibe. I have family history there so we spent time seeing areas of family interest as well as interesting sights around town. Also very close to Canada for an easy quick trip to Montreal.

Walked to University mall and ate at Applebee's.
Walked to University mall and ate at Applebee's. The food was good and service satisfactory. The mall had several known stores. Dorset Street was very noisy with cars and motorcycles during the night. The only redeeming quality of the Anchorage Inn was its proximity to the airport. Would never consider staying there again and am seeking a refund.BarbaraUnited States

The room was spacious, up to date and very clean with a terrific king size bed with great bedding, so good value for a room not far from the center of things that was about $150 a night instead of roughly $300 a night to stay right in downtown Burlington. There was a supermarket, Dunkin Donuts etc within walking distance.TimothyUnited States

La Quinta S Burlington was the perfect location being just 1 mile from terminal, and the aid of a free shuttle at ANY hour to and from airport made it that much easier. Rooms, overall hotel and staff were clean and friendly. Both Frank and Shannette helped me with my multiple questions and Shannette offered great suggestions for the riverfront area which is a $10 Lyft/Uber away. Thank you Shannette!

The location in respect to being close to stores and restaurants was fine but entering and exiting the property was actually difficult/dangerous as you were on a very busy road. It's in a great location, you can walk to lots of great sites and restaurants in Burlington from the hotel.
