One of the rare occasions I really didn’t want to leave a hotel, reception area light a spacious, staff at check in super helpful and the room was great, spacious clean and everything you need, nothing was too much trouble, free parking with my stay and within 5 mins walk are great food/drink venues and great open park spaces, if you’re staying in St Louis stay here, even if it adds a drive to your schedule, this place leaves you feeling relaxed and looked after.

I loved everything about it Karneisha was excellent and so was all of the staff I didn’t catch the name of the young lady at the front desk but she had a arm sling she was also a great high light of our stay. The maintenance worker was also even friendly. The entire staff really welcome my family as they would their own. Thank you and can’t wait to visit again.

The continental breakfast is really good! The showers have a smart panel that's easy to control temperatures. It's neat that you can get into the heated pool from inside or outside and swim under a wall to get to the other side, and I liked the sauna! If you want pizza one night, I recommend Imo's pizza, it's a few miles away from hotel Definitely, check out the Arch and the City Museum in St Louis! The location is great. Walked everywhere we wanted to go. Even to our daughters apartment. For December, the weather was perfect to walk to local restaurants and bars. A must place to try in the B A O restaurant. The food was amazing and the Udon noodles were soooo good. We also like Sushi Ai. All you can eat sushi for a reasonable price, and also has something on the menu for those who want something else. We didn't eat at 801 Steak house this trip, but it is definitely a must try if you're looking for fine dining. Our next visit we'd like to try the 801 Fish House.Travel-KelUnited States - 10Scored 10

The staff was very friendly. The hotel lobby was beautiful and included a grand piano! It feels like walking into an old movie! Nice restaurant inside the hotel and the room was spacious and clean and included amenities that made the stay pleasurable. Close to downtown St. Louis but far enough away too. Clayton is a beautiful suburb with amazing architecture.

Other hotels need to learn from this one about the meaning of free continental breakfast. This is the only place we have stayed that has had a legitimate hot buffet style breakfast. They also make fresh cooked waffles and omelets to order.
