Fun nostalgic place, excellent food, and priced well. Fantastic gift shop with nice prices. The staff was awesome. It's a great place to stay. Not like you're larger rooms in newer hotels/motels, but rooms were comfortably cute. Small bathrooms but quaint. Clean and friendly

When we checked out and was traveling on the road, I remembered I had left my reading glasses in the room. I called Gallup to tell them about my reading glasses, and gave them our room number and asked if they found them if they could send them to my home in California, and they said there was nothing they could do to help me. That was my only pair of reading glasses.

We stayed in the historic area on Route 66 on the west side of town and enjoyed walk-in in the downtown area and dining at a local Mexican restaurant that had a great authentic local meaning at a good price.

Went to front desk and told I was over charged for the room .They told me there is a $50 deposit add to room and that I would get that back after I check out. It’s 2 days later and have not received my 50 deposit back. They should informed me of the &50 deposit when checking in, I would of went somewhere else

One can many well-prepared and signed nice hiking trails around Gallup. In the city there are several shps that offer native american artworks. I bumped into a cafe which made really good coffee in an atmospheric that was alsp well suited for working (spacious, music, WLAN).. The weather in Gallup was warm with a strong dry wind,, much better than farther to the East where it was too hot and humid for outdoor activities. I recommend to visit Gallup. with 2 overnight stays (I had only one night there).

Dirty room and bathroom, they had flies coming out of the sink area of the restroom. There were stains on the mattress and small lively black bugs as well. The bed frame has stains as well and it looked like blood. I’m glad I brought my own blanket. I could not believe how dirty and yellow the mattress was when pulling back the sheets. For being pet friendly I was surprised it was all carpet. The worst part was the rule about no refunds if you were in the room for more than 20 minutes. By the time I found all the problems it was past 20 minutes I had no choice but to stay.

The facility and room was nice and clean- The Bed was horrible and had a big dip in it and was just downright an old mattress. Staff was no help and Assistant Gen Mgr sent email few days later promising to address the issue and do better next time. Guess they expected me to appreciate the worst night of sleep ever...Usually like La Quinta Inn's but will not ever go to this one again...Take my chances in other places.
I Loved the location. It was right next to the El Rancho hotel that had a good restaurant and bar.
I needed a quiet place to work and Michelle went above and beyond to accommodate me.
The desks in the lobby and in the business center were too high so I asked her if I could use the meeting room. She not only opened it up, she turned on the AC and cleaned it for me.
This hotel was at a good location, we stayed in this hotel on route 66, the check in was on a television using zoom and when it needs you to scan your passport, you have to put it in a machine to scan. The roon was quite good and it was clean enough, if you would to enter the breakfast roon, you need to tap the key on room 101 to enter
It was a GEM! Check in was quick and friendly. They had carts for luggage. The room was spotless. The A/C was cranked up! The bathroom was very contemporary and the shower was divine. The bed comfortable and the room quiet! A bit on the pricey side for Gallup, but worth every penny on a looong road trip!
Very clean room and comfortable beds. We were able to park outside of our room. Will definitely return. The front desk Staff were friendly and helpful. Our TV wasnt working and the front desk girl came in and replaced batteries in the changer and made sure it worked. Also pet friendly.
We had a large room on 2nd floor with Kingsize bed on the inside looking over the huge foyer. What I liked was that we did not have a prob with noise from the enormous large good trains across the road. Most hotels were backing on the train tracks in Gallup.
Breakfast was good too.
Spotless, quiet, good location and staff were so helpful. One of our group was I’ll during the visit and the hotel were so helpful. The hotel has a lovely pool, great breakfast and even laundry facilities. perfect!
Not much, room was not as clean as it should have been. But it served it's purpose. I've should have stayed on the west side of Gallup the hotels seem to be more modern and newer. My mistake it won't happen again.
Hotel is on Route 66, which served the very purpose of my travel. Though I read reviews on train sound, I didn't find it very disturbing. Decent property with all facilities and serving very good breakfast.
Travis, the young man who checked us in was exceptional
He greeted us with a smile, had our reservation ready, and was so kind. He is a definite credit to the hotel! We hope to see him on our return.
Pet friendly. Hotel staff friendly and courteous. Our room was absolutely great. Bathroom may be a bit akward and small, for most travels. However you will enjoy the comfort and coziness of the room.
Nice staff. Breakfast good. Swimming pool was a bonus. The location is perfect, behind the Rancho hotel where u can visit, eat n enjoy a drink at the bar. Easy to find n great car park.
We were vey surprised at the great, very clean facilities. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was good. Extremely satisfied. Will stay there when I travel to Gallup.
We were on a road trip through NM and ended up in Gallup for the night. The hotel is very close to the highway. The room was very spacious, clean and the staff was friendly.
The room was clean and well kept. The breakfast area was small and had some fresh apples and coffee. This location is pet friendly with our 15 lbs dog.
