Maria's Farm is a very nice and lovingly furnished Tiny House with an ideal starting point for exploring the everglades. It is well equipped and has everything you need. It is very quiet and therefore ideal for relaxing. You can also eat delicious fruits from the trees :) The price-performance ratio is incredibly good. Would book again at any time.

"A charming cottage where we only spent one night.
Very good and quick contact with the host.
The cottage is very clean and beautifully decorated. Exactly like in the pictures.
It makes you want to stay longer.

This is 10-20 minutes from Everglades and Biscayne National Parks, the reason whey we booked. There are many neighborhoods and as a result there are many storefronts to serve the neighborhoods. This was very convenient overall.

Free parking abd breakfast. HJowever, the receptionist was very uncooperative, disinterested in helping me and down right rude. Could hardly be bothered to look at me to answer where the room was. the room was situated in a very poor place, was similar to being in a shanty ghetto. Run down and needing a face lift.

The Tiny Barn was a perfect base for the time we spent in the Everglades. The cottage was spotless and had everything we needed. We did not even turn the TV on. Being located in an Orchard was really good and secluded. Want to stay again. Local restaurants were very good. Havana Spice and Shavers were great local non chain places full of local guests.

In room coffee maker was not what was told they had ( pods ) so after bringing my own coffee mugs , Pods , Creamer and water even a spoon , when I explained to front desk they apologized and searched the property and brought me a coffee a Keurig coffee maker and made my day , they definitely went above and beyond, as far as ice machine on 4th floor it was out of order having to go to another floorAAnonymous - 2.0Scored 2.0
You demand a deposit of $383.00 the day of arrival, I think...
You demand a deposit of $383.00 the day of arrival, I think we should have been told at time of booking. At check out we made sure everything was as we received. Now you hold the deposit saying we damaged your sheets and towels, that's a con and you know it. Potential renters before you leave take PICTURES of everything. Management is a lier and a crook. Beware!!! Cover yourself otherwise they will wrongfully steal your deposit. They did. Ours..if you can stayway from them pass this on to other innocent vacationers.

Location has plenty around it, but we drove a litle further for an awesome Thai food place, as most close by were just chains. Breakfast was ok, but the star of it was the oatmeal.. it is AWESOME! Parking is good, always found a spot. Modern decor, friendly staff. We stayed in the area to be in between Everglades and Biscayne tours. Not much to do in Homestead, I'd stay closer to Miami if to do it all again. Hotel however, was pleasant enough.LaurieUnited States

It was pretty bad. We drove up to the property and both of our phones slowed down tremendously, pages stopped loading and all. We went across the street to try to get a signal and booked a different hotel. Internet was very important to us. Staff was really nice about cancelling the night of. Location was good area from what I could tell. A lot of shopping and restaurants nearby.

It served us, a group of 4 people, very well for 2 nights. The arrival instructions were precise and we didn't have any problem with the check-in. The kitchen is well-equipped (fridge, pots, pans, microwave, dishwasher, small coffee pot etc.). I'd definitely stop there again if I was visiting the area. Easy to park in front of the building from the pictures. AC worked fine, WiFi as well.
