Room was spacious. Reception was a lovely elderly lady, who was very patient whilst there was a lot of people checking in. She was apologetic when we requested a room change due to the non-smoking room mix up.

Location was good. We were going to visit friends in Neosho, so Joplin was good proximity to our destination.
We also thought the cleaning staff did a really good job of making the room feel clean and comfortable!
They gave us a discount on the 2nd room we needed because booking.com lied about the space our room would have.

There are quite a few historical places from the Civil War era to visit, i will make another trip when i have more time to visit these places. Joplin history is quite interesting, lots of mid 1800 and earlier history as out country grew westward.

Trip went as planned. Light rain while visiting Precious Moments chapel.
Staying here you will be treated good by staff.
Motel is close to anything I would have ever needed. We found a way to visit a few parks. Had Habachi Steak & Shrimp at Tokyo Steak House. North Range Line Street.

Filthy, abandoned buildings and homes, homeless, drug dealers, drug heads and prostitution everywhere, rude and hateful locals. Most attractions were closed down and camping sites were overrun with homeless people in tents. No law enforcement in sight. Joplin Missouri is basically just gas stations and hotels nothing worth seeing.

Joplin is a very nice town and easy to get around. We were passing through on our way to Bella Vista. We loved the location as we got in late and wanted a nice dinner, which we got at Cheddars, I highly recommend the restaurant, excellent food, great staff and prices were very good.

Joplin is a good weekend getaway.
Joplin is a good weekend getaway. We went to the local waterfall and had a wonderful time taking pictures and climbing on the rocks. We absolutely loved Roller City for the skating and laser tag. Their laser tag option was nice laser guns and made for a great day of family fun. We also stopped at the civil war battle site in Carthage which was small but informative for our history buffs. I even dropped into the Precious Moments chapel which was cute and really informative about the artist and his life. The grounds are beautiful and it felt like a great piece of Americana. We drove on Route 66 as well. In past trips, I have gone to Oceans of Adventure which the little ones just loved. So, plenty to do for a 3-day weekend adventure.
It is not with the price at all unless you can find a big discount.
I left a bag of shoes behind (moving across country) and neither the hotel staff nor manager on duty will nanswer their phone numbers. I have called them for almost 2 months now and messaged through booking.com but crickets. Ridiculous. Pick up your phone, you’re in the hospitality business. Frustrating, to say the least.
Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast during the week was a good breakfast bar and on the weekend it was a grab and go breakfast. Previous commentary about hotel and staff was not even close to the experience I had. I would highly recommend it
Excellent for the price. Only thing, could use a coffee pot or offer coffee to travelers. Room was clean but there were uncleaned marks on the door which was the only detraction. I would use them again if in Joplin again.
Breakfast room nasty my room filty with dog and cat hair in bed dirt and trash all over room. Moved to different room it was nasty and filty shit all over the floor. Bathroom stain and urine all over the floor.
Room was spacious. Reception was a lovely elderly lady, who was very patient whilst there was a lot of people checking in. She was apologetic when we requested a room change due to the non-smoking room mix up.
We checked out of a different hotel because it was dirty, toilet broken, TV didn't work.
It was very refreshing being able to book this last second, and coming to a nice, working, clean room and hotel!
Nice variety for breakfast. Room was spacious and everything is new and in good working order. Nice to have a small kitchnette although we were just staying a single night driving through.
I appreciate the earth-friendly practices of bulk shampoo, etc., and the absence of those horrid wasteful multi-packs of sugar and creamer that most hotels seem to use for in-room coffee.
Room was clean and well worth the money
The breakfast was amazing biscuits and gravy was amazing.
And the staff was awesome to deal with and very polite and helpful.
The dinner menu is terrible as was the food. The room itself is very well designed, the only thing that was off was the location of the tissue holder in the bathroom.
The Hotel and room exceeded my expectations. I love the layout and size of the room. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were soft. Great shower too.
