We really liked the facilities all around. The hotel was clean and modern. The staff were friendly. The pool was clean, and water temp was good. (Pictures of hotel show a hot tub, but it has apparently been removed.) The room and bathroom were clean with plenty of space. The bed was comfortable. Shower had hot water and great water pressure. Bath towels were nice and fluffy, unlike so many hotel towels that are paper thin. We had easy check-in. We did have a decent breakfast, and their options included bacon, sausage, egg&chz omelets, bagels, cereals and waffles. Coffee was always available, and it was good coffee.
Connected to the Monona Terrace Convention Center via a skywalk, this downtown Madison hotel is within walking distance to area attractions, and provides free shuttle service to Dane County Airport.

The staff were very good, especially Gregory. It was all very clean and the breakfast staff were very good.
