Front desk agent, Jojo, was exceptionally helpful and had a great personality, which was wonderful after driving all day. Great area to walk pets. Restaurant and gas station next door is really convenient for travelers. Will definitely stay again, in fact already made reservations for our return trip.

We went to visit Caverns of Sonora, which was great, and worth the trip. Aside from that, there isn't anything else in Sonora. The town felt safe enough. Food was ok, but nothing special.
We stopped about 30 or 40 minutes away at Fort Mckavett and took the walking tour. We like history and found it interesting. It was a nice side trip off the beaten path. We were the only ones there.
High potential to be a hip hotel due to awesome vintage aesthetic. Not terrible at all but issues with cleanliness and some random people trying to open my car door over night - they need cameras I'm the back to deter crime. Seriously could be a bad ass hotel if they worked on security a little and cleaned the rooms harder. Dog friendly and an OK place to sleep. Just lock your doors and have alarm on ready. My dog barked so I noticed the attempted robbery.
Exceptional customer service and a great manager. Needed to move to a bigger room and needed an additional table for work. Attending staff immediately got me into a larger room. I have been staying at other locations in Sonora while working but this Motel 6 has earned my businesses. I will be staying there on my next trip in a few weeks and thereafter. Great people and value !
Absolutely nothing wrong with our room! Our bed was very comfy with crisp, clean white sheets. The manager was the friendliest hostess and we enjoyed talking with her over our coffee and cereal/fruit. We’d definitely stay again. The pool appears to be under renovation. We are finding these smaller, privately owned motels are comparable, if not nicer than chains.
Breakfast was fresh made to order , staff was friendly! Breakfast omelette & burrito. The waffles were Texas shaped, really cute. Susie front desk was friendly & accommodating & gave us a copy of receipt to take to the caverns for the promo code.
The room was clean and comfortable and was also quiet at night. Restaurants were close by and the hotel staff made good recommendations. The Sonora Caverns were also nearby and easy to get to.
The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast room was really clean and the food choices were decent. The staff was polite and seemed attentive to their jobs.
