Not at all. Booked the hotel online for logistical reason but horrified with the quality, unhygienic and smeely rooms. Did not stay at all and had to find alternative accommodation. Nightmare experience

Even though just off the highway, it was quiet. We used the hotel as a base, and were out most of the time, but it was a great room to come back to - comfortable and spacious.

It was very quiet and a good location for what we wanted to do but there were no facilities at the hotel I.e a bar, somewhere to sit and relax other than in your room and if you don’t have a car you’re quite a walk from anywhere

The front desk staff were lovely, at both check in and check out. Plenty of parking. Breakfast started at 6.30, which was perfect for an early start.

It was a last minute booking as we changed our travel route. It was a very clean hotel and room, the staff were very friendly and helpful. It was close to the highway and downtown. There was a nice breakfast area.
Very clean and updated except for the carpet, but I think...
Very clean and updated except for the carpet, but I think they are really trying to get to a competitive status with hotels closer to the medical center. I was very pleased with my room. A little small, but clean and updated. I felt comfortable and safe. StAff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good variety and enjoyable.
The staff (Linda) was fantastic--friendly, helpful. The breakfast was more than I expected for the price of the room (cereal, fresh waffles, bagels, banana bread, fruit, juice, coffee, yoghurt, hard boiled eggs). The outside of the hotel is not inviting. Our room (21) was tired but clean. It had a beautiful water view.
Architecturally gorgeous hotel! There was a decent size pool with a garden. There were a couple of fish ponds inside with cool looking fish. The breakfast was really fresh and tasty. They brew coffee and offer it to you.
The price was very good too, considering all the amenities they have and breakfasts in the morning!
On the outshirts of town close to Hwy. Quiet locale. Expansive car park. Typical room size. Hotel is 'split level' so stairs required to reach some rooms.Comfortable beds. Satisfactory bathroom. Good breakfast though not well set out - stairs to get to the food (if seated in the 'lower' area). Good TV.
The hotel smelled like stale cigarettes... the elevators were old and dirty the rooms dated and the sink took a full day to drain the water out. The walls were paper thin and I felt like I was in the same room as my neighbour's. It is definitely not worth the price paid...
This hotel was very rustic and comfy. The pool and hot tub were very clean and enjoyable. They have a dining area that serves food that was good and the vibe with the trees and lights with the pond and fish were very cool.
Not at all. Booked the hotel online for logistical reason but horrified with the quality, unhygienic and smeely rooms. Did not stay at all and had to find alternative accommodation. Nightmare experience
Spacious hotel with fireplace in lobby.. Staff was helpful and friendly, when we arrived last minute to breakfast the hostess called the kitchen and ordered up another bus pan of eggs for everyone!
This stay was very enjoyable. The breakfast was good and changed a little each day we were there, which was a pleasant surprise. Bed was fairly comfortable and the hotel was in good repair.
Rooms were quiet but a bit dated compared to some of the hotels I've stayed at before. Prices were decent but of course with Laconia Bike week things were a bit elevated but not outrageous.
The room and beds were comfortable, clean, and quiet. Additionally, since hotel was away from busy roads/highway and nestled within a forested area nights were mostly still and quiet.
Good breakfast with lot of options (eggs, bacon, croissant, fruits, yogurt, waffle) . Staff are very friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel, the fireplace is great.
Best included hotel buffet. Yes the eggs are powdered, but the sausage gravy, hash home fries all had great flavor. Good selection. Food I would expect at a diner.
the facility was very nice.
One of the front desk staff was not very friendly, I had wrote to the hotel and hoping the improvement of their customer service.
