The hotel was very comfortable. The staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, and we had a restful night. Breakfast was very good with good choices. Overall, this is a great stopover.

White Haven is a quiet, pretty, community with many things to do. We dined at the White Haven Diner and Charlie Weavers. Both were very good with friendly staff and good service. Location is close to outdoor activities and attractions.

It seemed like a nice quiet town with lots of beautiful older homes and hills. We were there in the fall so we saw all the colors you could imagine on the trees. Don't forget to bring your camera!

The whole trip was horrible the first night we were there we got woke me up at 3:30am in the morning by the smoke alarm going off it took us two hours to get my 2 and a half year old son back to sleep we went downstairs in the morning to complain to the manager I wanted to get some compensation and they told me they could not do anything for me I had to go through booking.com because that’s how I made the trip the sink in the bathroom was leaking the whole time the elevators were not working the whole time we was there the hot tubs were not working the restaurants were not opened the place was very dirty it took a long time to get towels And tissues and toilet paper we couldn’t figure out the TV we finally figured it out but it took us a days we ask for help with the TV but they never came up it was the worst trip I’ve ever had and the fact that I paid 350 for it is on believableCindyUnited States - 8.0Scored 8.0

The town of White Haven has several great dining options that are local family owned and operated. Take the time to venture out from the hotel located at the intersection of I-476 and I-80. The hotel is yards away from several very clean fast food options. There is also fuel and great food available at Wawa which is also located at the same location.

Everything was horrible. Dirty, Smelled nasty, sink clogged, light bulbs in bathroom out. Carpet filthy and smells. No breakfast food or juice or cereal, hot food. Children were there and there was nothing for them to eat

Apparently they run summer camps out of this hotel and children running around at night unattended; slamming doors, loud music at 3am. Not sure if it’s a hotel or a summer camp for children. At the check out, got an attitude from the front desk lady that 11:50am check out is way pass time. I think they should reimburse the money because I couldn’t sleep till 3:30am. Only after I complained those children stopped running, jumping, slamming, playing ball and music. It is a nice place but quite poorly managed.

We went to visit family in White Haven for High School graduation and it was a 10 minute drive into town to see them. The home was nice and quiet, we saw a lot of deer, chipmunk and fox. Our dogs were comfortable and welcomed too! We arrived late, at about 11pm, and had everything we needed as soon as we arrived. Linens were providedand beds were fully made and ready to fall into after our long drive. Coffee was in the cabinet ready to be brewed first thing in the morning!ChristineUnited States

She came back to the front desk and immediately issued me a new room. Later the second room ended up having issues and front desk manager Susan without prompting moved me to another room. Staff was kind and polite, and communicated all the current issues with the remodeled side prior to check-in.
