The staff and mainly Nhi were amazing. As soon as we arrived Nhi welcomed us with smiling face and prepared us a lovely welcoming drink. After we had a problem with the booking she upgraded us so to a better room. She made us feel like home and just took care of everything we need!! Just an amazing personality! Helped us with tour and things to see and explained about the area and local foods. She is just stunning!! I don’t need to tell more about the room and the view from the hotel restaurant. I think that the pictures says it all.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. They booked our onward travel to Hanoi and even persuaded the driver to drop us at our hotel. All for 650k VND. The bed was very comfortable. TV had Netflix!

I can not thank Pu Luong Boutique garden enough, the were such a help when my husband broke his wrist on a walk. The owner is so very kind and helped us with translation in hospital and any other arrangements which needed to be made. The place itself is gorgeous. The views are phenomenal. The food is great. The accommodation lovely. A wonderful getaway, away from the tourist trail. I can not recommend this place highly enough.

We really enjoyed staying at Luna Resort. The location among rice paddies is amazing. The staff, although most of them don’t really speak English, are super nice and attentive. They arranged a motorcycle rental for us, which is a must do in Pu Luong. The food was also delicious.
