e stayed here for the first three nights of our Vietnam tour. From the moment we arrived we knew we had found somewhere special. Attentive doormen that carried our bags and helped us dodge the Hanoi City traffic in safety. Welcome drinks and refreshments towels were supplied as we checked in in comfort. The beds were super, super comfortable - it was like sleeping on a cloud! The rooftop infinity pool and spa were beautiful. We can also recommend the massage treatments on site. We visited the rooftop bar every night, and we treated to live music on one evening. What really made this stay is the hospitality, each member of staff could not do enough for you, we actually felt like royalty for the entirety of our stay. A massive, massive thank you goes to Lucy Nguyen the travel supervisor. We had a basic idea of the activities that we would like to do but Lucy made all of of Vietnam dreams come true. Not only arranging our day trips and activities but also arranging our transport further on with our tour of Vietnam, from train tickets to taxis. She really did go beyond the extra mile and even checked in on us on her day off!!
