It was a cute little hut. There's no bathroom in the room, but they seemed to be very clear about that up front. We enjoyed sitting on our front porch sipping wine and looking over the lava field.

A recently renovated holiday home set in Reykjahlíð, Myvo The Studio apartment at Geiteyjarströnd 4 features a garden. This beachfront property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is located 8.9 km from Myvatn Nature Baths.

Such a lovely cosy apartment with windows all round and overlooking Lake Myvatn. It was the perfect place to relax and hope to see the Northern Lights from the big balcony outside. The place was thoughtfully designed as open plan with nice touches such as candles and rugs. The underfloor heating was very efficient and plenty of kitchenware plus oven, stovetop, microwave, washing machine etc. We had looked at slightly cheaper options nearby but I think it was worth paying a little extra for this one. Would highly recommend!

Queen Room -Nice hotel with outdoor hot tub, free use of bathrobe. It was nice to be back in a hotel with fluffy towels and L’occitane amenities, after a week in different cottages. Friendly and attentive staff.

They do have "jet toilets", which is a bit weird at first. The hotel itself is very clean and nice. The hot tub at the back is cozy for a hot bath after a day out in the snow. The restaurant is absolutely delicious, but a bit pricy. Near the hotel is the myvatn bath which is also recommended.

I loved the cosy ambience of the room, the delicious breakfast spread with lots of variety, and the hotel's scenic and serene surroundings. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The presence of two hot tubs nestled between the buildings was convenient and relaxing.

This was one of the best hotels we stayed in Iceland. It had the northern lights wake up call, which we sadly didn’t get because of no northern lights that night. But the hot tub and sauna was amazing

A cosy and warm room - the location was excellent for our travels around the area. In hindsight we should have booked one of the individual cottages so as to have more space. The breakfast was excellent and the facilities in the shared kitchen area were really good.

Beautiful log cabin, warm and cosy. Spacious room with big comfortable bed and luxurious linen. We had a great sleep. Very clean and modern. We liked that the shower and toilet were separate rooms. The kids liked the big TV! The restaurant food was delicious, the setting was amazing with magic views. The cows next door are a great novelty. Breakfast was brilliant.
