Bath overlooked our private garden, the toilet (bidet) was advanced and fancy, tiny dining area with a microwave, fridge, and table with a shoji window was beautiful. Beds were japanese style on the floor but easily the most comfortable beds through our entire trip. Tatami flooring still smelled incredible. Front desk staff was great, and we had a free pickup from the Himeno station and free dropoff at the Kansai airport. Breafkast was suitably diverse so there'd be something for everyone. The property gardens are immaculate!

Great location right across from the airport as we had an early flight and it's very far from central Osaka. Nice staff and delicious breakfast included in our room rate. Spacious room and comfortable bed, which is an anomaly in Japan! We asked for a quiet room, and it was quiet; we faced away from the main airport.
