Every day lady came and clean it. Hotel is very big and well organised, situated in East Berlin. It is around 15 minutes from city downtown - by tram or bus, and it's perfectly connected with transportation, so you can visit all areas you want in Berlin. Hotel area was calm and no crowdy, what was perfect.
