We had a wonderfully warm welcome from two young women at reception and they were helpful through out our stay. Our room was very large and comfortable with quirky decorations and bathroom lights and despite overlooking a main street it was quiet.The location could not have been better being a few minutes walk from the Colosseum in one direction and the old town in the other.Breakfast was very good including some hot dishes as was the attached restaurant. We opted for paid parking with the hotel where we could come and go though there is paid public parking nearby.

Everything in this place is simply superb, so much that as soon as I checked in I asked to stay for another night. Beds are amazing and super comfy. The kitchen is huge and you have literally everything you need, with a big lounge next to it, all beautifully decorated.

The apartment is located in a super convenient location, very close to the arena (literally like a 5 min downhill walk), and I love how it's got an ancient, local look on the outside but very neatly furnished inside. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the beds are very comfy - I'd say it looks better in real life than on the picture! The host was very kind in helping us getting into the apartment and carrying our luggage upstairs all the way - thank you! would very much recommend.
